1. Privacy of user information
We collect only the pertinent information necessary to sign you up as a member or when
you make and confirm your reservation. We collect contact information such as your name, address, and
email address. If you place a reservation through our site we will collect billing information such as
credit number. We do not sell, rent, or share user information except as described in this privacy policy.
We post testimonials on our site and receive permission to publish these testimonials
prior to posting on our site.
For all Contests sponsored through ResorTime.com, information you provide such as name,
address, email address and phone number in order to be eligible for entry will be used for the sole purpose
of administering the contest, awarding prizes and confirming that the contestant is signing up for the Hot
Deals Newsletter. If the sweepstakes involves another partner, your contest entry information will also be
forwarded to that partner. That partner will be posted on the contest entry page.
If you choose to refer a friend to us through our site to, we will request your friend's name and email

as an answer to questions you have sent to us. The ResorTime.com user can opt out of receiving emails
from any email they receive by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each promotional email.
Information submitted to ResorTime.com for the purpose of booking a trip will be forwarded to the resort
in which you have registered. In addition, your personal information may be disclosed when required by
law or should we feel it necessary to do so in order to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial

Credit cards used to pay for goods or services are processed through an outside company.
