Cancellation
Policy (Local Time):
The remaining balance plus tax and a resort service fee of $5.00 per day will be charged by the resort at the time of booking. Reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days in advance of your arrival date or you will not be eligible to receive a refund. Room moves may be required.
***NOTE: There is an age requirement of at least 21 years of age to book and check-in at the resort.
Check-in Procedure:
Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required
upon check-in for incidental charges. All special requests are subject to
availability upon check-in.
No smoking and no pets are allowed.
Due to California's energy crisis, there is a $5 energy surcharge per day that
will be collected at the resort at the time of departure for the days booked.
Late Check-in Procedure:
If checking in after 11:00 PM, use the house phone at the front office for instructions.
