We had a few issues but staff was very prompt and took care of everything to our satisfaction. Everyone has been exceptionally courteous and friendly.

I have an issue with the reception staff over taking a $1000 dollar deposit instead of a $100. Issue yet to be resolved. EDIT: Even though the company has listed a number below, no one ever picks up the phone. I have also tried emailing - NO RESPONSE. I am still out $1,000.

RiverPointe Napa Valley was the cutest resort! The mini homes with personal parking made you feel like you were in your own air bnb in Napa Valley. The mini homes were super clean, the pool could have been upkept better. I loved the receptionist text feature that allowed questions to be answered in a quick and easy manner. Excellent proximity to downtown Napa (less than 10 min) and from vineyards in the surrounding towns (less than 30 min).

You'll need a car, it's nowhere near anything. The room was clean but felt kinda cheap, like a two-star place. Mine shared a wall with another room – super thin! The water pressure and temp were all over the place. No security, anyone could just walk in. Don't leave anything valuable in your room. The bed and pillows were comfy though, and parking's included. No daily room service, you gotta ask for it. Laundry's in the main building, and there's a nice walking trail out back.

Staff was great very responsive to any concerns. Great location however the cottages need a makeover. Everything is is outdated. But again the staff was great and very friendly. I have truly enjoyed my time here in Napa.

Great location close to downtown. Super clean and cozy.

this place was super cute, clean, friendly and had a couple amenities that made this smooth. The little patio is cute and the beds were comfortable.

Great location and very responsive staff. Watch outs include: limited self-catering facilities (e.g. no oven) and some tired / aging furniture and bathroom suites.
