Secure internet and dishwasher (rack) and toilet seat cover should not be broken. Daily towel service would be good as well.

The TV video is very shaky as if the internet connection is weak or the TVs are old. The onscreen TV guide did not work either. We had to guess what's on and on what channel.

efficient and comfortable place to stay

The couch was worn and uncomfortable. It would be nice to have a small storage rack for pantry items with a flat top to give a bit more counterspace. There is room under the window in the kitchen.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very good! We have been taking many day trips.

We are finding the office staff very responsive. The cabins are cute and we appreciate the parking right out front versus down a very long hallway.. The cabinets are quite fine, but they could use some cosmetic work. Especially in the bathroom.

The bed was extremely hard to the point of hands and arms going numb and hips ache. Everything else was great
