I appreciate it is a family resort. I found it unpleasant that there were no warnings/rules that children should not be in the jacuzzis. One day, a family with two diaper clad toddlers were in the hot tub. Not swim diapers, but Pampers. Also struggled with the $30 daily resort fee (plus $5 tax) having already paid Hilton a $200 exchange fee. Makes the cost overall poor value. I appreciate the on going construction on the trail is not the fault of the resort but the noise from 7am until 5 daily was unpleasant. The amenities room was great and we enjoyed the opportunity to book private jacuzzi time. The staff were very nice.
