Great place. Loved being here during the quiet season.

Private tiny homes have everything you need, the staff was friendly and helpful and this week there were a couple events free to everyone staying here. Easy access to stores, gas stations, restaurants and highways yet a beautiful river walk right next door. I will come here again for sure.

Carrie and James and the whole team at Riverpointe went above and beyond to make our stay phenomenal! We will return.

The front desk could use some training on customer service (or lots). The room was smaller than expected, so I wouldn’t recommend more than 2-3 people stay there. The amenities are great. The location is pretty and quiet. Good hotel for the price.

Our stay was okay, but not stellar. The power went out on Monday, the pool was broken and not in use. The hot tub was awesome, but closed early on Christmas day. We got all dressed in suits and walked down there at 8pm, and it was closed. Perhaps everyone else knew the pool area was closing early on Christmas day, but nobody told us. There was a secret and un-announced extra fee of $20/day. It felt really sneaky how the receptionist at the front desk told me about EVERYTHING to the greatest detail, and then said, "I'll send you a text with a form you have to say ACCEPT"- and I said fine. In that form was the $20/day fee disclosed. Why didn't she tell me that at the desk? Sneaky, sneaky. My guess is that you hope most people do not read that form and just say ACCEPT. Prove me wrong. -- note, I would have given a 2 stars review, but they did agree to waive the $20/day fee because of these issues. I appreciate that, and raised it to 3 stars. Further note: Every single staff member we met or dealt with was amazing. Super nice, super helpful, super competent. Absolutely NO shade on any staff. They were all the best.

Clean, spacious, beautiful park, great location. And fantastic views out of our window. It is all we expected and more. We will definitely return.

Everything was perfect. The cottages are wonderful. The entire area is beautiful. The staff is great, we asked for rooms near our friends and they gave us joining porches. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

Had a great time staying here. Service and hospitality was amazing. We would love to return for another stay in the future.

Si quieres vivir una experiencia diferente para visitar Napa este el lugar para hospedarte, por primera vez visitamos este hotel que cuenta con remolques como habitaciones. Cada uno cuenta con sala y pequeño comedor, cocineta con todos los utensilios necesarios para preparar tus alimentos, incluido cafetera, microondas, refri, lavaplatos y todo en perfecto estado. El baño amplio con tina de buen tamaño con agua caliente. La habitacion es amplia con varios lugares para guardar tus maletas y ropa, ademas de un amplio closet. Esta habitacion es como tener tu propio apartamento a la orilla del rio con agradable vista y un sendero que es perfecto para caminar por las mañanas. Es una excelente opcion para hospedarte en Napa, el personal de recepcion muy agradable y se encuentra cerca de tiendas para hacer tus compras o si lo prefieres hay algunas recomendaciones de restaurantes a su alrededor.

Loved my kick off Holiday Season 2024 staying for long Thanksgiving weekend in a 1 bed/bath tiny home! I brought up Christmas decor to decorate the place in style! Absolutely loved having my own place, so much better than staying in a hotel. The kitchen had stove top and microwave, but no oven. I cooked my turkey dinner at home, packed it up and reheated it so not a problem. It had heat/AC, full size bathroom, TV, DVD player...in other words everything you need! Location is on Napa River so I enjoyed long walks on the path and the deer were not afraid and came close to my tiny home. The community is lovely-close to Oxbow Market and a super Walmart if you need groceries, etc. Definitely 5 thumbs up, will be coming back. BTW, there is a pool, clubhouse, hot tubs, & laundry facilities. Each tiny home has a deck with patio furniture, umbrella with BBQ grills nearby. A hidden gem!
