This is a very nice, clean, convenient resort sort of place, with mobile home cabins/apartments in a nice park like setting. Just not my cup of tea, but a solid value for folks not into a full house but who are not into motels, either.

Well, we’ve stayed here before. It used to be nicer. SO noisy early mornings from workmen. And, housekeeping is rather lax; we found opened condom wrappers by our bed. Ick!

The stay at Riverpointe has been great so far. Everything is fine and appreciate Dulcel's constant follow up, if things are comfortable about our stay. Indeed very comfortable and we highly recommend one and all to stay at fully loaded Riverpointe napa! Nagesh & Rangan

Calm quiet and relaxing

We've stayed at RiverPointe multiple times. The amenities are great, staff is quick and attentive, and units are cute. This time, the unit had an annoying hot water heater banging noise & a musty smell from the kitchen sink (those will be addressed). I was bummed to be placed right next door to an occupied unit where I had to share a deck. I understand now there is limited availability this time of year, and more units will be brought back to the site starting the week of April 1. Also, 1 hot tub was down for maintenance. We still enjoy being so central to Downtown Napa, the Uptown Theatre, shopping, wine-tasting and nearby hiking opportunities. The value is unbeatable. We'll definitely be back!

We have no complaints what so ever We loved the stay . It’s very central and very convenient for what ever you need food stores restaurants are all super close. You could walk to Walmart if needed.

I stay at the RiverPointe Napa Valley while taking a class at the CIA. The RiverPointe was convenient to the Napa downtown area, it was clean, quiet and relaxing. The amenities were an added bonus, including the evening socials. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Napa and the Napa valley.

We had one of the studio cottages, and was surprised to see that they are actually roomier than some of the pictures indicated. Very comfortable (the bed was wonderful) friendly staff, good location - all in all, a very enjoyable place to stay.

for the price (134$/night incl tax) there is no better deal in Napa. yes its old, yes its small , yes its a modified trailer but it is fully functional and clean. I took the 1BR cottage. I booked via booking.com which actually saved me the 20$ stay fee the property usually charges from most customers. during checkin a 100$ deposit is still required. I didn't use room service during the stay so I can't comment . the property has everything you need: a free laundry machine , free PC+printer, free Jacuzzi , free pool , free BBQ.
