Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Facilities are clean. Rooms are comfortable and location is perfect for exploring Napa.

I believe the only other item would be a broom and dustpan. Or easier access to it. And maybe trash pickup midweek. The bed was pretty bad... We went out and bought new pillows just to get a better sleep.... We loved walking on the river walk... And how peaceful and quiet it was...

Great little cottages that afforded privacy and are great for commuting to Napa Valley wineries and Sonoma, too!

Very enjoyable…. Service has been stellar. A couple minor kinks with some drawers etc - things just barely showing some age. But honestly very happy/pleased!

Place is like taking a 12 foot travel trailer to a KOA campground. Not clean and when asked for fresh towels never got them and office was closed when we returned from dinner so no way to get them. Bed gave us a backaches so we checked out after 3 nights and got a suite down the street instead of staying our scheduled 7 night stay. Resort offers nothing in winter time onsite. We own 9 GPX weeks and exchange often and this has been the biggest disappointment even at the $399 bonus week price since it cost much more having to move to a different place in middle of our stay.

Aioni in the front desk was very accomodating and welcoming . She made sure we have everything we need. She listened and she cared. David, night handyman/ Utility man was very generous with extra towels and pillows. Jennifer who was on her second day assisted us nicely with warm towels at the pool. Very nice a d Teresita in housekeeping were attentive and made sure our garbage were taken and picked up everyday and let us borrow a vacuum when needed. Anna as requested assigned us a quite room with our own private deck. Thank for making our stay 🙏 ❤️ warm and happy ! Keep being accomodating, kind and clean!
