Cottage bathroom has black stains on tile and grout does not look like it has been cleaned in a long time. All cabinets can use a fresh stain on wood grain. Furniture was scratched and should be replaced. There is no remote for TV, very annoying. Lawn and plants need watering, even if CA is on water restrictions. Housekeeping is great, maintenance is not! Cottage next door has an outdoor light that shines directly into our cottage. Poorly placed. Use the $30 daily resort fee to upgrade units.

Great place to stay if you were exploring Napa Valley. It would be Nicer if there were some bicycles, like beach cruisers, that were available for owners to use on the river bike path

Our first room developed a major drainage problem. The front desk immediately sent maintenance and assigned a new room. Very impressive.
Our new room is great. Information on how to use the thermostat would be helpful. We eventually figured out how to change from heat to A/C, but the system works well. More than one serving of coffee in the room for a week’s stay would also be nice.
The facilities are nicely maintained, landscaping is attractive and overall the place is quiet.
Staff have been friendly and helpful.

Here's a concise version that still captures the highlights: > Our family has been celebrating the Fourth of July at RiverPointe for over 10 years, and it never disappoints. Check-in was smooth, the grounds are immaculate, and John and Brandon made sure the new grills were gassed up and ready to go. Michelle in housekeeping was always friendly and quick to help with anything we needed. Morning walks along the river trail—even spotting a family of otters this year—that was cool. Highly recommended!

The bed was personally not at all comfortable for me. I woke up every morning with a very sore lower back & hip. Room 59. And when I went home the soreness was gone. But everything else was fabulous!
I’m coming back in August with a friend and hopefully I’ll have a more comfortable bed to sleep in.
I live in Napa, so this was a mini sabbatical for me. I loved everything about the resort. It was peaceful and very good staff and friendly people staying there. It’s a place that is affordable for my visitors to stay at when visiting me in Napa.

We had a great time at the resort. There were lots of activities to do at the resort.
The pool and the club house was the best part.
