Procedure for Submission and Verification of Claims
Within 72 hours of the submission of your claim, a RiverPointe Napa Valley Travel Concierge will contact you via e-mail. If we are unable to independently verify the lower rate, we may request additional information and documentation (such as a screen shot) from you in order to confirm the lower online rate. Please keep copies of all documentation supporting your claim.
Upon verification of eligibility and documentation for your claim, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that a refund and credit will be issued. Refunds will only be issued to the credit card account charged for the original booking. RiverPointe Napa Valley courtesy credits will only be issued to the customer account under which the qualifying booking was confirmed and must be applied toward a reservation on RiverPointeResort.com within one (1) year from date of issuance.
